If there is no dial tone or the line is noisy reporting a PHONE fault is usually more proficient than attempting to report a broadband fault.</description>

      <title>My broadband can't hold a connection</title>

      <description>I have been having issues with my broadband since Thursday evening (3rd March 2022).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My hub will connect and show the blue light,yet it can't hold a connection and will disconnect randomly for no reason.It has been doing this up to several times an hour in some cases!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried texting the broadband troubleshooting number but the problem is still outstanding.Not sure if its a fault on the line or if my router is faulty as it will connect but cant guarantee for how long?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any help appreciated</description>

&lt;P&gt;I've tested your line today and the tests are showing what's known as a high resistance fault, so I'd like to arrange an engineer from Openreach with you to investigate further. Could you reply to the support ticket&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&amp;amp;id=222574625" target="_self"&gt;Here&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with when you'll be available for a visit? If you can post back once you've responded, I'll make sure we book the engineer as soon as we can.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
