Hi folks,

How do i reset my original sign up password, im sure there used to be a portal you could sign into to do it.

the one you use with your ................@plusdsl.net on the router to activate your line.

Go to the Member Centre log in page. Enter your username and select ‘Forgotten your Password’. https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login

I can get into the link you attached with user name and password,

Is that the same password i use when puting it into a new or old router to get access to the (adslLine) to get the internet working?

Your user name must be in the form accountusername@plusdsl.net
