      <title>After engineering visit</title>

      <description>So today engineer come and activated a broadband. After he finished router turned up blue and after few seconds turned orange.&lt;BR /&gt;He said after about one hour it will turn up blue. It's still orange after more than an hour. So it means i don't have internet access again.&lt;BR /&gt;What should I do?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If this is a new install or transfer from another ISP it can take up to midnight for all the systems to complete.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Keep an eye out for the text/email saying the the service is now ready.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If after receiving the 'ready for use message' the light doesn't turn blue then factory reset the Hub by pushing a paperclip or similar in the Reset hole. Keep the switch closed for about 30 seconds.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
