None of my devices will connect to the internet ive tried everything.my bill is up2 date but still wont connect.help

@alansmith84 Welcome to the forums. When you say none of my devices will connect to the internet, what exactly do you mean? What colour are the lights on your Hub? What is 'everything you've tried'?

Thanks for getting in touch and I'm really sorry to hear that you're having issues with your connection. I've just had a look at the account and cans see that a new router has been processed and should be with you this week. Let us know how you get on with it.
