    <description>So he did physical checks on the line and router, but said there was nothing on the line, meaning it more than likely hasn’t been changed over.</description>

      <title>Changed over from Sky, still no service</title>

      <description>So I changed over from Sky on Wednesday, got the email to say it had been successful, and nothing!&lt;BR /&gt;Had an engineer today (Friday) and he said there’s no dial tone on the line.&lt;BR /&gt;What else could it be? And why did Sky Broadband work just fine and now Plusnet doesn’t?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Changing from a Sky LLU involves moving wires in the telephone exchange. It sounds likely that this task has not been completed or screwed up. I can imagine that there's some 'jobsworth' involved with both Sky and BT technicians required to do the handover.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
