Wifi not connecting to Mobile and 1 laptop

I only joined Plusnet 3-4 weeks ago and had connected 2 laptops and 2 mobile phones to the network and all was working fine. Today both mobile phones (android huawei and iphone) will no longer connect to the wifi as well as my HP laptop - my MacBook is connecting and working just fine. My network does come up as an available network but when I try to connect to the wifi and the devices actually connect to it, but then there is a message saying that the wifi does not have access to the internet. Any help with this is greatly appreciated as I have tried everything I can think of. Have already restarted the modem twice, as well as the HP laptop and both mobile phones.

Perhaps not but it does help me follow the thread and let's the other person know they're not the only one with the issue. The same except I've had plusnet for 8 weeks

Hi @jab1 , please see the picture below as you requested

For the ones connected to the wifi, MAC and Adrianas-MBP ( another apple laptop ) are actually connected and able to browse.

The iphone and the huawei, are connected to the wifi but they get the message of ( no internet access ).

The HP laptop is turned off at this moment.

Not being precious - just suggesting that trying to follow two issues on one topic is extremely difficult.

@caio Thanks for that - the good news is there doesn't appear to be any issue on there. As you have a working machine, my next guess is that the non-connecting devices have got their internals in a twist. For the phones; tell them to 'forget' the connection, power them down completely, leave off for a good 25-30 minutes, and then restart/reconnect them.

~~The same might work for the laptop.~~ Ignore that - forgot it was switched off!
