<title>topic ATM vs PTM? in Broadband</title>
    <link>https://community.plus.net/t5/Broadband/ATM-vs-PTM/m-p/1525396#M322426</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Netgear DGND3700v1 router on my Plusnet ADSL&amp;nbsp; line , and have upgraded its firmware. There are more options than there used to be, and one is on 'ADSL Settings | Transfer mode' which the upgrade switched to PTM, when before it was set to ATM. So as to match the original setup, I switched it back to ATM. Was this the right thing to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
