topic Red internet light in Broadband

Hi all,
I set up with Plusnet nearly a year ago now and have had no problems with service. Today every light has been a solid green apart from Internet which has remained a solid red. I've tried connecting through the 192.168.1.254 page and it's just not having any of it. So really confused. All has been fine up till now. I've also checked the service status of my area and no problems are being reported. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you're having problems.

It looks like your router is trying to connect using an incorrect password. This can happen if you ever change your account password, and if your connection drops at some point in the future it sometimes can't reconnect automatically.

I'd advise logging into your router settings and update your password you use to connect.

Anoush.

Oh silly me, that seems to have fixed it all. The dangers of changing a password but keeping the old auto fill eh? Thanks Anoush
