Technicolor 582n: Power light red

My router hasn't been working today. The power light is red and no other lights appear on the router. I've turned it off for 5 minutes and turned it on again but this is still the case.
What would be the recommended course of action? To use the pinhole at the back?

Sounds like it or the power supply is dead, have you had any thunderstorms recently?
I would get a replacement sent out as the only know red led you can ignore most times is the Internet one, as it can fail to show the correct state at times.

I don't think so, unless you know any special voodoo tricks to bring it back to life
The new router should be with you in the next day or two.
