We’re looking for Plusnet customers to take part in a case study and we need your help!

Here at Plusnet, we pride ourselves on doing right by our customers. Now we’re keen to hear about your positive experiences with our services.

Are you a customer who has switched broadband provider a number of times over lockdown before finding great reliability and service with Plusnet? Or have we helped you to overcome a particularly difficult or unexpected problem? We also know our customers love a bargain so want to hear how you keep your bills down, do you hunt for deals online or cut out TV packages you never use?

There’s no limit to what a case study could be. If you’ve received a brilliant service from us, we’d love to hear your story. You would need to be happy to have a quick chat to our team and potentially have your name and picture in a newspaper, magazine or news website as a case study.

If you’re interested or know someone who could fit the bill please email

pressroom@plus.net and we can talk you through the whole process in more detail. We will provide an Amazon voucher to say thank you if your story is used.
