Morning all,
As most of the team have introduced themselves it seems right that I do too.
My name is Tony as you can see from my very original username! I’ve got a number of years of experience at Plusnet, spending the last couple of years in the complaints team. My specialist subject is in the faults area of the business.

It only seems right to see if you'd like to answer my questions too:
1. What, if anything, do you geek out about?
2. What, if any, are your sports teams affiliations?
