Hi all,
Just a quick heads up to let you know that we're experiencing a high number of calls and Support Tickets due to a large number of customers being affected by severe weather conditions over the weekend.
We're working with our suppliers to identify which areas are affected by this. We're working as quickly as possible to investigate the issue.
In the meantime, please ensure that you carry out the normal own domain checks before raising a Support Query which us as explained here: http://community.plus.net/library/broadband/broadband-faults-guide-i-have-a-fault/
