Some aspects of this morning's planned maintenance is taking longer than expected. As a result of this our website is still currently unavailable. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this and an update will be posted once we have more information.
Our internal systems are also unavailable, so our agents will be unable to help with your enquiries at the moment.

Update - our website is now available but our Broadband Faults Troubleshooter is still unavailable. The following service status has been posted...
