Some aspects of this morning's planned maintenance is taking longer than expected. As a result of this our website is still currently unavailable. Our engineers are currently working to resolve this and an update will be posted once we have more information.
Our internal systems are also unavailable, so our agents will be unable to help with your enquiries at the moment.
Joanne Pilson
Customer Support

Update - our website is now available but our Broadband Faults Troubleshooter is still unavailable. The following service status has been posted...
[quote=Service status]We are currently investigating a problem affecting access to our Broadband Faults Troubleshooter. This is a result of this morning's Planned Maintenance, and our engineers are working to resolve this.
Customers attempting to use this tool to report broadband faults will encounter holding pages.
Fault tickets that are already open are not affected by this issue.
Customers wishing to report a new broadband fault are advised to telephone our support centre or raise a ticket through our website.
We will update this service status once we have more information.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
Kind Regards,
Joanne Pilson
Customer Support
