I joined Plusnet in February 2008 starting in Technical Support. I moved to Broadband Faults in 2009 and assisted with the DLM and FTTx trails recently. I wanted to join Digital Care for a challenge and to broaden my knowledge of the business.
Hobbies/Interests? I play piano and guitar. I also cycle regularly.

So, out of the sausage machine of faults and in to a new Roll in digital care. You will certainly need the bog roll as a lot of your new tasks will involve clearing up the messes left by others. You will find it a far more interesting way to earn your bread.
