Heads up - possible major disconnections

When's this work happening?
Early tomorrow morning, 15th February.
What does it affect?
Broadband connectivity.
How long will it take?
Up to six hours.
What does the work involve?
BT Wholesale are upgrading parts of their core network .
Am I likely to notice the work?
Possibly. We expect this work to disconnect a significant number of our customers. Those who are disconnected may be offline for up to six hours.
Is there anything else I need to know?
Any customers having problems connecting once the maintenance is complete are advised to switch off their modem or router for thirty minutes before turning it back on and attempting to reconnect.

Similar work is scheduled for the 22nd February, 1st March and 8th March too.

Is that 20CN, 21CN or both?

Specific to the 21CN WBMC shared platform. It will affect those whose traffic is routed over our host links. This includes 20CN customers whom we've recently moved to IP Stream Connect.

We got disconnected today, although only for about a minute, which happens with us every now and then anyway. So, to summarise, there is no useful information in this post.
