Plusnet Reward Card sent but not received

Hi there, I got full fibre on December 2025, i am registered disabled and live on a 2nd floor apartment, around the time of getting this connected my support worker alerted me to post going missing (which has now been resolved) I signed up through USwitch and it was for the maximum bonus cashback for which I chose the card. I spoke with pluscard but apparently. Purecard (Richard) has confirmed that my Full Fibre 900 reward funds have been returned to Plusnet. Since the money is back with you, please could a staff member open a ticket and issue this as a bill credit or request a manual cheque, please let me know this can be resolved as due to my disability I wasn’t even aware to check as my support worker just happened to mention it when she asked about how my broadband was going, if you need any more information please let me know as my support worker has all this, thanks Ryan Connor

Thankyou Ali, I created a ticket earlier, I’m hoping that someone gets back to me, I included as much info as I could fit in the ticket writing area, it’s hard for me to do these things without my support worker but I hope I’ve did this right. Thankyou

Customer service always look at any tickets raised, and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

I was offered a £75 credit on account as a goodwill gesture, I can’t find it on my account, I’m finding things very difficult at the moment due to my disabilities
