150£ Reward Card

Hi I took out your Full Fibre 300 broadband earlier this month. The internet speed is fantastic. However, I have received no correspondence from you regarding the £150 reward card. A little worried as this is one of the reasons I moved across to you from Sky. Have been trying to contact you, but can't seem to speak with anyone regarding this matter. I can see others are experiencing the same issue, which doesn't sound great. Any help would be appreciated. Many thanks
