Your new ISP should have informed PN you were switching, which would auto-generate that communication, but any account closure notices would only be generated once the gaining provider confirmed they had taken over the supply.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Account Closing Confirmation??</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm due to switch Broadband this Wednesday 19th Aug.&amp;nbsp; However, I don't see anything in my account saying it will be closed on that date?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Should I?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I switched, the new supplier said it would handle the cancellation of my plusnet contract which was due to end 16th Sept - so there should be a small early cancellation charge along with whatever I need to pay from the date of my last bill up to the 19th Aug when the switch happens.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can anyone confirm that my contract will be ending on the 19th August?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
