Expired Reward Card, multiple reasons.

Please can a staff member assist me.

The link to my reward card expired, around 30 days ago, as it was a major reason for me in selecting Plusnet, I would really like to re-activate the link.

Reasons for not using the link earlier.

1) I was confused about the actual protocol, with BT it was sent automatically.

2) There was no reminder to use the reward card link.

3) I have a condition which affects my executive functioning, so my admin can get a little confused, as was the case, with the reward card.

Thanks for getting in touch and letting us know what’s happened.

I’m sorry that the claim link has now expired. I appreciate you explaining the circumstances, however reward card links are only available for a limited time and, unfortunately, we’re unable to issue a replacement link once the expiry date has passed.
