    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#464649"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I think I've been with Plusnet for around 20 years, mostly because it's been a issue-free experience.&lt;BR /&gt;Well, I need to leave now - because I've emigrated!&lt;BR /&gt;Just in case anything went wrong with my journey I wanted to wait until I was actually out of the country before ending my broadband.&lt;BR /&gt;But now they are not making it easy,&lt;BR /&gt;For an internet-oriented company they seem to insist that cancellations be by phone.&lt;BR /&gt;I can't even make calls in the country I'm in yet, let alone an international call.&lt;BR /&gt;Neither can I "report a problem" because the ONLY way they offer is text message.&lt;BR /&gt;They REALLY don't want to be contacted, do they?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#464649"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Inter Variable, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So the only option is to send a letter..?&lt;BR /&gt;I think the problem is more easily solved just by cancelling my direct debit, then they can be the ones who make the effort to contact me.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to call, then yes, a letter is the only option,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/149660"&gt;@lensessions&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;. Cancelling the DD will have legal consequences, as you have not informed Plusnet you wish to cancel, so as far as they are concerned, you are still a customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
