Expired reward card question

I am hoping some kind person community might be able to help me with my Purecard Reward Card.

My card recently expired at the end of May 2026, but it still has a remaining balance on it. I unfortunately missed the deadline to spend the funds due to an oversight, and I see that the card is now showing as inactive.

Since it only expired very recently, I wanted to check if Plusnet could do anything like request a replacement card or reissue the reward balance to my account?

I would be incredibly grateful for any assistance you can provide. Please let me know what account details you need via private message to look into this for me.

Welcome to the community.

Once the reward card has expired, any remaining funds will be lost. Unfortunately we aren't able to reactivate the card beyond the expiry date.

Thanks for replying. Honestly I thought that was probably the case, but hoped there might be something that Plusnet could do about it.
I understand that's not something that you can do anything about.
