My account says that my bill has been paid but every so often, depending on what websites I'm loading, I get redirected to Plusnet's billing portal, only to be told that there are no outstanding unpaid invoices, however is showing account restricted

It’s still showing a restriction when I sign in however no outstanding payments

No problem, should be sorted now. May have to log out of the Member Centre and back in.
