I'm still in contact, but have moved to full fibre broadband and they have contacted plusnet in which I had an email to confirm so. Now plusnet are sending me my normal monthly bill saying it will be restricted etc instead of sending me my final bill. Plusnet know that I have changed from them but are just carrying on as normal, then probably report me for bad credit. Just cannot get through to them 🙄

When was your move completed, and what is your invoice date? - if they are close together, the invoice could have been already generated.
