Is it possible? I can get to the current ticket by using the link in Plusnet's email, but can't see a link anywhere in the member centre that lets me view past tickets.

Thank you! I did find that link browsing the forum archives, but for some reason it didn't seem to work earlier today. Anyway, it does now

Any idea why PN has made it so hard to find?

Officially the ticket system is retired for direct customer use … but much of the internal stuff is done via the ticket system and thereby can offer a helpful insight into the state of play on matters.

Indeed; I currently have a connection problem which PN have attempted - unsuccessfully so far - to solve. They've now closed the ticket, and without the ability to view past tickets I'd be pretty much in the dark about what's been tried.

There’s a link to the ticket system below. It displays open tickets and provides options to select recently closed tickets.

Sorry, my earlier reply wasn't very clear: I did get access to tickets from bmc's response upthread. (Though the '&view_by=30days' bit is a handy refinement Thanks again.

I've had a tickedt raised for the first time in years. It was linked via email but there was no obvious route to it via the web portal.

It was only after I read this thread that I found it.

What is the point of hiding tickets if they are still in use?

My contract ends next month and with the way plusnet is paring back the service I doubt I will be renewing, even though I have been here for years. Without the forum, plusnet would have very little to distinguis it form all the other providers out there.But will this be the next thing to go (apologies for going OT )?
