Edit incorrectly formatted home address.

I received an email (see below) which inspired me to check my postal address - turns out there’s a space missing in the post code. There’s no way to edit the address unless you’re moving house. A bit weird?

Also, although I changed my contract from FTTC to FTTP over a year ago I did not, as such, ‘terminate my contract’ as stated in the email!

@jagey I would call PN and ask them to (1) correct your postal address and (2) explain the 'termination charges' - which don't apply anyway.

Accordingly, we are refunding you the amount we charged you in error. This is a total of £2.7.

Cheers - it looks like it refers to an older previous account.

If you can give the team a call, they can arrange for a cheque to be sent to your current address.

Thanks, Gandalf - I don’t think I can be bothered to hang on the phone for half an hour for £2.70 - as long as any important communications can arrive by post in the future if required that’s fine - and you sorted the postcode for me, so gratitude!
