&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I will probably be moving soon to a new flat in an area that doesn't have yet full fibre option, only&amp;nbsp;Copper Broadband.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have a deal for full fibre till Nov 2027. Would I still have to pay exit fees if I choose to move to a provider that can offer me full fibre before the end of the contract even though PlusNet can't offer me that at the new place?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

If you want to move your standard broadband, fibre broadband or Full Fibre broadband service during your minimum term you may have to pay a home move fee as set out in the &lt;A class="pn-link" tabindex="0" href="https://www.plus.net/help/legal/plusnet-price-guide-for-residential-products/" data-interaction-module-category="expander" data-interaction-module-title="Plusnet Broadband, Fibre and Full Fibre Service Terms" data-interaction-in-module="TRUE" data-interaction-in-modal="FALSE" data-interaction-state="Enabled" data-interaction-in-form="FALSE" data-interaction-hierarchy="Primary" data-interaction-text="Price Guide" data-interaction-category="internal" data-interaction-type="link" target="_blank"&gt;Price Guide&lt;/A&gt; or enter a new agreement with us with a new minimum term.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;9.2.&amp;nbsp;If you have fibre broadband, but we can't provide it at your new home, you can move to our standard broadband service without penalty.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;9.3. If you have full fibre broadband, but we can't provide it at your new home, you can move to our standard broadband or fibre broadband service without penalty if it is available in the area.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I called them yesterday and the person I spoke to said since they don't provide copper broadband anymore I could leave with paying exit fees once I move to a new premises.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I hope that's right.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;he said Plustnet don't use copper broadband anymore.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;In that case I would leave the contract and join the provider that can offer full fibre in that area as they use their own infrastructure and not BT's.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Think that the CS will be wrong. I can only get copper. OR have started that they will not be installing FTTP to my and my neighbours houses for a very long time.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Plusnet no longer provide basic ADSL broadband, this, being provided from telephone exchanges, is being discontinued along with PSTN landline phones. If neither SoGEA or WBC Full Fibre are shown as available then that confirms that Plusnet cannot supply and will release you from your contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I suspect that confusion is creeping in because, like ADSL FTTC/SoGEA is delivered over copper to the property and is supported by Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;2 different people from CS confirmed that in the postcode I'm moving to PN can't provide me broadband so it must be ADSL and I could leave without paying any exit fees. Luckily there is a different provider that does provide full fibre.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
