I've been calling since 6pm and I just get a recorded message (after being forced to listen to a recording about how important my call is or how I'm a valued customer or other trite stuff) saying the office is now closed.</P><P>I need to speak to someone because, although I paid online after an issue with my DD, the amount is showing up on my bank account as pending; PlusNet don't seem to have taken it but have seen fit to restrict my services.&nbsp;</P><P>They can't get their opening hours sorted. They can'y answer their phones. They can't take my payment properly. But they can restrict my services properly.
