Hi! Is there anyway I can change the surname on my account without having to phone. The wait time is a bit crazy and feels like a waste of everybody’s time if it can be done online!

Names cannot be changed on line.

There are restricted circumstances in which a surname can be changed on an account - marriage or deed poll. Not sure if similar applies with divorce.

This probably needs a phone call as the pan BT Consumer Dividion staff who browse the forum do not have access to the means of progressing such requests directly.

There are though a couple of core Plusnet staff who are around here occasionally.
