Good morning, I signed up to a new 24 month contract with you (I’ve been a customer for 3 years) and was promised a reward of £50, this still hasn’t arrived and I signed up 3 weeks ago. Also, I’ve seen that new customers get given £100 when signing up to 900mb, so how come I wasn’t offered this? Loyalty should be rewarded surely?

Welcome to the community.

The reward card offers can change, so while you see £100 now, it is always subject to change and we'd only be able to offer the amount that was available at the point you signed up.

I've sent you over a private message to chase the reward card for you.
