Hi Plusnet

I signed up for the full fibre 500 on the 23rd Feb and at that time there was no offers for my street, 7 days later you now offering a £60 voucher and the 500 package at £28.99 a month for 12 months before it then goes up to £35.99.

My current package is £27.99 then £31.99 from march without any vouchers.

I am still waiting for my service to be installed, can i be put onto the new deal or do I need to cancel ? In fact I would be happy to take the 900 package at the £31.99 a month you currently have this at.

Can anyone at Plusnet help ? or should I just cancel now and re apply ?

Welcome to the community.

It isn't as easy as just changing your over to the new deal I'm afraid.

Once you have signed up for an offer, it would need to be cancelled and ordered again if you do see another offer that you'd like to take advantage of.

If you did want to do that, they quickest way to do it would be to give us a call, and our team can stop the current order.
