      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible? I can get to the current ticket by using the link in Plusnet's email, but can't see a link anywhere in the member centre that lets me view past tickets.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Officially the ticket system is retired for direct customer use … but much of the internal stuff is done via the ticket system and thereby can offer a helpful insight into the state of play on matters.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Indeed; I currently have a connection problem which PN have attempted - unsuccessfully so far - to solve. They've now closed the ticket, and without the ability to view past tickets I'd be pretty much in the dark about what's been tried.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
