If you did it should be within the next month, if you didn't you'll wait quite a while for the process to kick in and eventually send you a cheque.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I had to open a new account and close the old one it was IIRC about 6 weeks to get the (relatively small) refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It also takes a few days from the final bill appearing to the payment being processed and reaching your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I briefly left PN to another ISP which was not a good experience. So now have a new account with PN which is fine, but my previous account was £128 in credit due to broken line. My last bill was dated 10/1/26 when is it likely my credit will be paid?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
