      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I moved to another provider I cancelled my direct debit. Please don't tell me I should have left it open etc as I've been shafted before and payments taken when they shouldn't have and have had to wait up to 6 weeks to get them back. I cancel them all when I move on from anywhere.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm now £20 in credit with Plusnet. I've read I should get it back as a cheque. Is it usual to automatically have a cheque sent out, or do I have to phone up to get the refund started?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
