    <description>Thankyou for your reply, I was using a mobile to access the account but I found out this morning it was because I changed the billing date and the bill was more than usual, they took direct debit this morning, I really appreciate your reply</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;A thought, are you trying to use a smart phone or tablet to make the payment as some sites do not work as expected on these devices, browsers on these devices use the 'mobile site' which renders the screen to be more viewable on a smaller screen.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The way around this feature, when using a smart phone or tablet viewing the payment page change the browser to use desktop site.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;For google chrome (similar for other browsers) click on the three dots top right corner and select 'Desktop site' in the drop down, the text may get smaller.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The other option would be to use a PC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
