&lt;P&gt;You must either phone PN or use the website to place your Full fibre order.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When FF goes live it cancels your phone service immediately. You only have 30 days to port the "ceased" number.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would like to upgrade my current Unlimited Fibre Extra service to &lt;STRONG&gt;Plusnet Full Fibre (FTTP) (Full Fibre 145)&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Place an order for Full Fibre at my address&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Arrange the required Openreach installation/activation&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Keep my existing FTTC service active until the FTTP service goes live&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Confirm the monthly price and whether any equipment will be sent to me&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also need clarification on the &lt;STRONG&gt;phone line and number porting process&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;My understanding is:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Plusnet Full Fibre is a broadband‑only service with no phone line&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Once FTTP is live, my existing copper phone line will remain active until I choose to port the number (I'd aim to do this in a few weeks)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;I can then port my landline number to a VoIP provider (e.g., Sipgate Basic)&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Porting the number &lt;STRONG&gt;after&lt;/STRONG&gt; FTTP activation will only cease the phone line, and &lt;STRONG&gt;will not&lt;/STRONG&gt; affect my new FTTP broadband service&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you please confirm that this is the correct and safe process for keeping my broadband active while migrating my phone number to VoIP?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Firstly, Plusnet will not accept an order via the forums, you will either need to login to the member centre and order online or call in to order over the phone.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;My understanding is:&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
