      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone know how to get in touch with Plusnet via a ticket or email these days?&amp;nbsp; Phone seems to be the only option and I have been on hold too long.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my service and it was due to end yesterday but it hasn't, and now I've received an out of contract bill for around £50.&amp;nbsp; How do I get this cancelled if I can't get hold of Plusnet?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
