    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem,,,but owing to hearing loss the telephone is not an option.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am too fed up to bother anymore so will write "The Reward" off as another recent Plusnet disappointment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Purecard account activation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having trouble activating my Purecard. I can't get past the mobile verification code request after multiple resend attempts. I have contacted Purecard customer services who have replied with that the mobile number is correct and the card is activated but I still can't access the account because it won't let me past the mobile number verification code request. I've contacted them again and am waiting now for the three day answer. Has anyone else had this problem and manage to get round it or is this reward card just a gimmick. How do I use the card without the pin number. Very, very frustrating as contacting Purecard by the form only allows you 100 letters to explain the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Please try calling this number for Blackhawk/Pure card, it should get you through a front line staff straight away instead of filling in the form 0344 800 6435.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I decided to try to keep my independence so I approached the purecard.plusnet team by email.&lt;BR /&gt;Their replies have been sluggish and, after asking for my details &lt;EM&gt;(in order to activate the account I thought)&lt;/EM&gt; seems to have petered out.&lt;BR /&gt;I think using&amp;nbsp;the stand-in voice as you suggest may be the best solution!&lt;BR /&gt;I shall try this after the weekend&lt;EM&gt;(11-22)&lt;/EM&gt; and am grateful for your advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
