Hi I was promised a reward card after starting up Plusnet in my name at the same address due to my husband passing away. Ive not had an email to activate a card, as he said it needs to be activated within 2 months. I cant seem to find who I need to speak to. I called on 10th Sept and went live on 24th Sept 25. He said id get this email in 28 days which was 27th Oct 2025. Any one else get this in 28 days please? Thank you in advance.

The team have been able to activate this for you on our side, so you should receive your Reward Card within 30 days from today.
