      <title>Plusnet Reward Card</title>

      <description>I signed up for a new package on 26th September and still haven't received my reward card (checked spam/junk emails). I emailed plusnet@purecard.com two weeks ago and they did not respond. I've called purecard up today and they have no record of any card and asked me to call Plusnet. I then called Plusnet and they are now asking me to wait another two weeks to hear back from them...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Has anyone else actually received their cards or is has this become some kind of wild goose chase they just expect us to give up on?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you receive a "claim your reward" email 10 or so days after the service went live?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you sign up DIRECT on Plusnet's website, or over the phone, rather than via a third-party price comparison site?&amp;nbsp; Your route to signing up can impact how your 'reward' is processed and paid-out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
