&lt;P&gt;This is often the case where you automatically get put on the out-of-contract price.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If that's the case ring&amp;nbsp;Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 selecting option 1 then option 2 (If you are thinking of leaving) and negotiate a new deal.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
