      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to sign up to PlusNet but when I input my address it says "&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Sadly due to an error we cannot process this online - please call our helpful advisors to proceed to checkout."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;My address is registered with Royal Mail.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Last time I signed up through the phone it all went wrong with the process. Are you able to add my address to your system please?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The call centre does have a process for address discrepancies - have you tried calling them?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It may be an address issue, but you do get that&amp;nbsp; same error message if your address can only get ADSL - in which case Plusnet can not offer broadband.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
