      <title>Incorrect billing after Setup</title>

      <description>&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My contract started this month (this is a brand new account).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;It states I'll be charged £47.99 a month.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;I'm a broadband only customer, with no additional services. At point of sign-up though U-switch the advertised rate was as follows.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;£33&lt;SPAN&gt;.99&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;a month&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;until March 2026&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;then price rises each March in contract by £4.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Also there supposed to be a £145 reward card, I can't find any way to claim this.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;Can someone please correct the billing on my account.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A warm welcome to the forum and to Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Where do you see the £47.99 a month figure?&amp;nbsp; Some parts of the user portal / billing system show the without discount figures (which does cause confusion) the discount being applied appropriately during invoicing.&amp;nbsp; Therefore unless you are seeing this in an invoice, I'd not be phased just yet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the reward card, you should receive an email sometime after the service has been active for 10 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
