      <title>Can't set up direct debit</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;New customer to Plusnet and was surprised to get a message that I hadn't paid my account this month - I don't remember this happening when I changed my ISP last time.&amp;nbsp; I'm now trying to set up future payment details but their website comes back with an error at the appropriate page.&amp;nbsp; Anyone else having similar problems?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
