      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I placed an order to upgrade to Full Fibre on 5th March 2025 and since then I’ve had nothing but delays. Around every 14 days I get an email/text saying BT can’t do the work and the installation date is pushed back another two weeks. This has been going on for over six months now with no progress.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Has anybody else had a similar experience?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To the right of WBC FTTP is shows - KCI2. This means a survey is required as OpenReach are unsure of the access to your property.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Below the window it states "UG partial Direct in Ground"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This means you have an underground conenction where the original copper was partially buried direct in the ground with no duct.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So to get back to your original question it means OR have to dig to lay duct to create a path for the fibre optic cable. The only reason I can think of why it's taking so long is complicated street works are required. That or the OR system has got itself tangled up in what's required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can either wait for a staff member to pick up on this thread or phone PN Support again. If you do phone ask for an escalation to find out what's happening.&lt;/P&gt;
