      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Posting this here as it seems the most suitable place.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Last week I placed an order to upgrade to full fibre and I have had the order confirmed via text from PlusNet &amp;amp; Openreach and via email from PlusNet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Due to be activated on 17 September.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;However I can not check the status of this order on my account as I keep getting this error message: &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2025-09-04 092435.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.plus.net/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/61350i80DAEC5D45403A13/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2025-09-04 092435.png" alt="Screenshot 2025-09-04 092435.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It is my understanding that I should be able check on the status of the order and there should also be a message about it?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Derek&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.plus.net/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/38823"&gt;@Baldrick1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have followed the link in the email from PlusNet to check on the status but it just send me in a loop back to the home page of my account with the above error message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also checked this link&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search" target="_self"&gt;https://portal.plus.net/wizard/?p=search&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but it shows no open tickets, however a search of closed tickets shows a number of entries relating to my order.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just a little confused here&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":beaming_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😁&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
