No reward card

Hi When i joined i was promised a £75 reward card upon joining but have not received this. I originally wasn't going to go for this package but the gentleman on the phone convinced me telling me about how to use my 75 pound in detail! Please can you check my account, if its not showing can you arrange to listen to the call please as I joined over the phone. Thank you

I am sorry to hear you have yet to receive your reward. I have forwarded correspondance to the back office team to ascertain the status- we will be in touch in due course once we receive a response.

I have received a form via email to fill in. Not confirmation of the reward card but looking more hopeful. Thank you
