Have not received rewards card

Hello,

I joined Plusnet in May but haven't yet received a link for the reward card that was advertised.

I had an email on 10th June advising of a technical issue and that it would be sent within 14 days, but this hasn't occurred. I am mindful that time is getting on a bit.

Please could someone advise? Thank you in advance.

@benj12016 Hi there,

I've taken a quick look into your account and i cant see a promotional offer for a reward card when you signed up with us. I've also checked our back-end system to search for any records relating to your account for this and there's no results.

When you signed up with us, were you looking at offers from a comparison site that then directed you to our website afterwards? or was this sign up just straight through our website without looking on a third party comparison site?

I signed up directly through the Plusnet website, where the card was advertised for new customers. I also received the below email, which I will attach.
