Other MVNOs are available. Their e-mail support is OK, but I've rarely had problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>EE SIM perk not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've discovered this perk to get an EE SIM for £6 per month with 5GB (there are other variants). I'm currently paying nearly twice that for my EE SIM with 2 GB (I don't use much data; 1.97 GB still available at the moment!). I've tried to make it work, making all the required selections but at some point it just transfers to a generic EE web page with no offer. This morning I even spent some days (sorry) on the phone to EE and they claim to know nothing of the offer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also can't find a place where I can report this to Plusnet!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does nayone know more about this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Possibly... though it's a Plusnet perk, and the fault (presumably) is in the transfer of some key information from Plusnet to EE.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I think I mentioned (can't see the OP from this reply) that I spent a fair while on the phone to EE, speaking to at least 4 different people. I started pretty confident that someone would know about the perk, and they would offer me the deal at least as a customer retention gambit, but they just denied any knowledge and said I should take it up with Plusnet.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The whole thing was very confusing; I would start the process off in Plusnet, fill in their form, get to the point of confirming, and I'd be in a generic screen in EE. Then I'd backtrack a bit and now can't find the Plusnet format all. I'd have to go right back to square one in the Plusnet opening page where I could find the form again... for the same result.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;COTs is the place to go to if you want to find out anything to do with your contract in respect of leaving, renewing or simply enquiring about early termination charges (ETCs). They have their own number and tend to answer quicker than the general customer service number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Call this number 0800 432 0080 and press 2 and it takes you straight to a Sales/COT advisor. You get two simple options of 'are you an existing member' or 'are you new'.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open&lt;/P&gt;
