      <description>&lt;P&gt;A couple of months ago I renewed my contract and declined the new router which I am regretting now as having glitches and network problems.&amp;nbsp; How do I go about getting a new router sent?&amp;nbsp; Is this something they will do?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
