£75 Plusnet reward card

I signed up in June with the £75 reward card in my basket. I was activated end of June and have not had any email mention my £75 reward card since. I contacted the plusnet reward card team but have not heard back since their last message where they asked if I had claimed my card. I have had no information about claiming it yet.

Can anyone help?

I'm sorry to hear you have not received your reward card.

As I am unable to share account specifics over social media I have opened a question on your account and emailed you in details, for completeness, the claiming link is sent out within 10 days of the services being activated, once you have claimed the offer, the card will be sent to you from the despatching company "Blackhawk" within 30 days.
